相比使用贴现现金流，衡量公司股票价格是否被低估或高估的一种虽然稍粗略但更简单的方法是查看公司的市净 (P/B) 率。

用公司股票的当前收盘价格除以最近季度的每股账面价值进行计算。公司的账面价值的计算方式是用总资产减去无形资产和负债。

首先计算账面价值：
