Yes, if you are an active member of our forum or our old learning platform at tradimo.com and would like to continue learning on learn.tradimo.com, you need to register again. You can use the same email address. If you want to sign up as an instructor and create your own courses, then you need to do so at https://learn.tradimo.com/register/instructor. For branding purposes we encourage instructors to use a similar username and the same profile image as on tradimo.com
If you have a scholarship coupon code, click on “Redeem Scholarship Coupon” on the page of the course you have received a scholarship for, enter your the code and click “Redeem”. After that, the price is adjusted to the new, reduced price.
If you click on your username in the top right corner, then you can see all your enrolled courses. If this is not the case, then you maybe have an instructor account instead of a student account. If you are an instructor and would like to enrol into a course as a student, you need to register a separate account at https://learn.tradimo.com/register.
Perhaps the course of the instructor is currently in editing mode. Please write a message to support@tradimo.com and we will tell you the reason and let you know when the issue is fixed.
Purchases are possible with credit card and Paypal.
With the purchase of a course you can access it for life. So there is no limit.
With our 30 day money back guarantee you can get a refund. Please write an email to support@tradimo.com within 30 days after you have purchased a course.
A possible cause could be that your current location does not match the country where your credit card is registered. Another cause could be missing credit. This is not a problem at all, because you can see the recordings in a course. As a premium member you get free access to this course and can find it in your list of enrolled courses in your user profile.

Lessons are the smallest units of a course and they must be inserted into modules, the larger units. The use of modules enables instructors to organise lessons around the same topic into larger units thus giving their course a cleaner structure that is easier to follow. If your course only revolves around one theme, you still need to create at least one module. You may give the module and your course the same name, but it is recommended to use a more detailed title for the module than for the course.
The course description is limited to a maximum of 2000 characters including HTML tags. Press 'Source code' button in a description editor to see the text with HTML tags. You can also use the secondary description. The secondary description is only visible to students after they click on “read more” in a course description. The primary description is always visible on the course overview page.
Content is saved when you press the button "Next"/"Back" or select one of your other lessons. You need to do one of these actions before navigating away from the page. If you are working on the same lesson for a longer period of time, it is a good idea to press "Next" or "Back" regularly to avoid losing what you had been working on. When uploading a video you need to wait until a preview becomes available before leaving the page where the upload takes place. Failure to do so will result in having to repeat the upload. You also need to make sure that you are using MP4 for video files.
https://learn.tradimo.com only accepts MP4 and webm files. If your video is in a different format, you will need to convert it at the best possible quality. If you need help, please send an email to support@tradimo.com.
No, you cannot. If you would like to make any changes to a course you have previously submitted for review, you need to contact tradimo by writing to support@tradimo.com and ask to have your course returned to you for editing. This is done to protect students who are currently enrolled in the course.
Yes, you may change the price at any time. In order to do so, you need to contact tradimo by writing to support@tradimo.com and ask to have your course returned to you for editing.
Currently, you cannot post clickable links in the lessons. This is to keep students engaged in learning on the platform. However, any links that have been approved by tradimo may be displayed as plain text if they are not put there for advertisement reasons. Users are be able to copy these links in the address bar of their browsers and navigate to the content you intended to link to. Moreover, you can add links to your personal website and social media networks in your instructor profile page.
To create a coupon, select the appropriate course. Then click on "Create Scholarship Coupons". Now you have the choice between 10x 100% coupons and 100x 10% coupons. You can download the coupon codes by clicking on the desired coupon. Then you can share the coupon codes (each code can only be redeemed once within the next 28 days).

Basically, it is helpful to be known. If you write a lot in the forum and/or be a coach in our webinars, this increases sales. But also well-chosen course titles, images and good sales videos are good. We recommend videos where the instructor is shown.

In addition, your course will only be found through search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo and Baidu and the Tradimo search bar if you add enough text to the course description and each lesson. We therefore recommend that you don’t just produce videos but also pay attention to writing a unique, high quality text for students that prefer to learn by reading rather than watching videos.

You can also join the Tradimo Premium Instructor Programme (see also further below) in order to get your course integrated into the learning plans of dozens of students who have a monthly subscription with Tradimo. You will receive less money per user enrolment, but more students will take your course and also increase the word of mouth and social growth of your sales.

Last, but not least, you can hold webinars on Tradimo to increase your popularity among our users. Just send an email to support@tradimo.com to arrange it.
Not every course is published immediately. Before publishing, the course will be sent for review. In most cases, there are some suggestions for improvement by Tradimo’s education team. After the instructor has made the desired changes, the course can be published.

Questions specifically about the Tradimo Premium Instructor Programme

As part of the Premium Service, members receive learning plans. These learning plans are created by Tradimo. We therefore decide which courses are included. If your course matches the student’s needs, then your course is in his or her learning plan. You sell a course without the student deliberately selecting it. Overall, there are more and more students who have a subscription and your sales will increase a lot if you are participating in the Tradimo Premium Instructor Programme.
Participation is easy. If you have not yet received a message from our premium team, please contact premium@tradimo.com and tell us about your interest.
Not every course is appropriate to be part of a learning plan. Usually, a course should be popular and not expensive. Courses you sell on our platform for up to $40 are quite perfect. Of course, courses for $60 or $70 are also conceivable.
That depends on the course and its usual price. There is no generic revenue share because it depends very much on the course.
You will get your share along with the credit for your other course sales. The only difference is that you don’t have to wait until the end of the month of the following month (30 day money back guarantee) for courses that are in a learning plan.
We prefer to transfer your share via PayPal due to transaction costs. Therefore, we recommend opening an account with PayPal to all instructors.

There is no monetary payment for the webinars but you do get value for your time by strengthening your brand in our community and increasing the demand for your courses. It's more about marketing, which certainly has its value.
