How to set up additional instruments in MetaTrader 4
This guide assumes that you have opened a chart in MT4.
After reading this MetaTrader 4 tutorial, you will know how to:
- Add additional instruments to the Market Watch window
- Hide instruments from the Market Watch window
Add additional instruments to the Market Watch window
- Right-click in the Market Watch window
- Click Symbols
3. Double-click the asset you want to trade.
After you have double clicked the asset, the symbol should be coloured 4 and the asset should be shown at the bottom of the market watch window.

Remove instruments from the Market Watch window
- Right-click the instrument you want to remove
- Click Hide
